Rules and regulations

Uniform — Boys: white thowb, black trousers and white hat. Girls: black burka and white scarf.
Children will not be allowed to leave during class hours unless prior arrangements have been made with their teacher.
Teachers must be respected and obeyed at all times.
Parents will be responsible to pay for any damage their child does to Madrasah property.
Children misbehaving will be cautioned twice verbally, after which the management reserves the right to expel the child to safeguard other children's valuable learning time.
The Institution, in extreme circumstances, has the right to expel or suspend a child.
If the parent/guardian is unhappy with an expulsion or suspension, they can formally lodge an appeal to the Head of the institute.
If any parent has a query they should contact the office, and should not directly approach the teachers.

Parent's agreement

I agree to comply fully with the above rules and regulations, and will adhere to the following:

Submission of a completed application form does not guarantee a place.
I confirm that the information given in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge.
Only children of the correct age will be admitted into each respective class.
I will not interfere with the conduct of the Institute. Any complaint I have will be made in writing directly to the Head of the institute.
I will not approach or intimidate any of the teachers for any reason.
I hold myself responsible for any damage or injury that may be caused by the child named in this application.
I will bring my child to the madrasah on time in full uniform, and collect them on time after their lesson.
If any incident occurs on the way to the madrasah or back home, I will take responsibility as the parent/guardian.
If the above agreements are broken, the institute's authority reserves the right to take action.
